Lead Early Childhood Educator for Kindergarten Excellence

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to lead our Kindergarten program at Eden Academy, where we foster a love of learning and help children grow into confident, curious individuals.
About the Role:As a Lead Early Childhood Educator, you will be responsible for designing and delivering high-quality educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children. Your expertise in early childhood education and leadership skills will enable you to motivate and support your team members to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:- Design and implement engaging Kindergarten programs that meet the Australian National Quality Standards and the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure seamless program delivery and high-quality care
- Build strong relationships with families and the local community through effective communication and collaboration
