About Us:

We are seeking a skilled Meat Processor to join our team.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing carcasses of slaughtered livestock and preparing meat and meat products, including offal and tripe. They will also move carcasses to chillers and freezers, load meat products into trucks, pack boned and sliced meat into cartons, and stun and shackle poultry for killing and processing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process carcasses of slaughtered livestock and prepare meat and meat products
  • Moving carcasses to chillers and freezers
  • Loading meat products into trucks
  • Packing boned and sliced meat into cartons
  • Stunning and shackling poultry for killing and processing

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A related qualification
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position
  • Good communication skills
  • The ability to work in a team or individually
