About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Analyst. In this role, you will contribute to the delivery of actionable, contextualised, relevant and timely cyber threat intelligence to internal and external stakeholders to protect our organisation and reduce cyber risk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, research, analyse and build a deep technical understanding of cyber threats relevant to our organisation, including adversary tactics, techniques and procedures (TTPs), common vulnerabilities and exposures (CVEs), and deep technical knowledge of cyber and IT concepts.
- Provide technical leadership to support intelligence functions by operationalising intelligence to inform and enable functions such as incident response, threat hunting, vulnerability analysis, and detection engineering.
- Produce and disseminate contextualised, relevant and timely strategic, operational and tactical (technical) cyber threat intelligence products and services to internal and external stakeholders, with the aim of reducing cyber risk and enabling the effective prioritisation of security work.
Requirements:
- A strong background in cyber threat intelligence or a related field, with a minimum of 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Detailed knowledge and technical understanding of the threat landscape, threat actors, attack patterns, adversarial behaviours and tradecraft, including TTPs, especially those relevant to Government, the Financial Sector or Critical Infrastructure.
- Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills, backed up by an ability to rationalise and articulate the conclusions made from analytical work.
- A keen eye for opportunities to improve or automate existing workflows and processes.
