We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced National Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Strategist, you will be responsible for driving growth and diversification of our business by developing and executing strategies to achieve financial and volume targets.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • To develop and execute strategies to achieve financial and volume targets.
  • To identify, qualify, and nurture prospects through the sales pipeline to close profitable and sustainable customer deals.
  • To align your sales efforts with the National Sales and Marketing Manager, pricing, and business development teams.
  • To gather current marketplace information on pricing and products to monitor competition.
  • To report customer feedback to the CCL team, supporting resolutions as required.
  • To maintain and update relevant customer information in internal systems.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or business development, specifically in freight forwarding and logistics.
  • Preferred candidates from the freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain industry.
  • Experience handling large, complex, and multimodal business is preferred.
  • Proficient in negotiating contracts and meeting client requirements.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
