Job Description:

As a key member of our internal recruiting team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the annual talent acquisition strategy to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand.

This strategic initiative aims to support our global mission of having the right talent on the right project at the right time across the organization.

With the constant evolution of new technologies, tools, and processes, we are seeking an individual who can leverage their expertise to enhance the efficiency of our recruitment process.

As a member of our close-knit team, you will work collaboratively with colleagues to take ownership of entry-level and junior-level roles, utilizing your skills to manage technology, tools, and processes that enable us to deliver our talent acquisition strategy effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full cycle of recruiting for entry-level and junior roles.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure meeting their resource needs and adherence to internal processes and protocols.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines within our applicant tracking system.
