Executive Rewards Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Rewards Professional to join our thriving Rewards team. As a key member of our diverse and integrated remuneration, taxation, legal, performance and transactions team, you will be responsible for delivering reward related projects that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and implementing long-term incentive programs for companies, including tax and legal implications.
  • Providing expert advice on remuneration structures, including incentive programs, across local, regional and international jurisdictions.
  • Supporting clients with mergers and acquisitions, demergers, and other strategic transactions.
  • Contributing to the development of job architecture and salary banding approaches.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of remuneration structures, including incentive programs, and ability to design solutions that meet client needs.
  • Experience in remuneration for organizations undergoing significant change, such as mergers or demergers.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas and recommendations to clients and stakeholders.
