Course Maintenance Specialist

Our golf course is seeking an experienced Assistant Golf Course Superintendent to lead our daily maintenance operations and project work.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain and enhance the presentation and playability of the golf course to the highest standards.
- Assist in scheduling, supervising, and leading daily maintenance operations and project work.
- Manage Poa/ Bent grass greens with a focus on moisture control and disease management.
- Train and induct staff at all levels.
- Assist in agronomic planning, irrigation scheduling/maintenance, and product applications.
- Lead and participate in construction and renovation projects.
- Certificate III in Sports Turf Management (essential); Certificate IV or Diploma (highly regarded/preferred).
- Experience in a similar role within the golf course industry.
- Proven team leadership and excellent communication skills.
