About the role

As a Store Environment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Completing a checklist of cleaning tasks throughout the store.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing floors, shelves, and equipment using various cleaning products and equipment.
  • Collecting trolleys from in and around the store and store carpark.

Your key responsibilities will include working autonomously and as part of a team to achieve high standards of cleanliness and safety. You will also be expected to provide great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace.

About you and your skills

  • You must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • You should have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to providing great customer experiences.
  • A passion for working safely and abiding by Coles Safe Work Practices is essential.
  • You should be physically fit and able to lift up to 17kgs.
  • You must be available to work a wide variety of shifts between 5am-11pm, 7 days per week.
