**Property Management Opportunity**

We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with excellent organisational and communication skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 140 properties, providing exceptional customer service to landlords and tenants, and ensuring that all maintenance and repair tasks are completed on time.

  • Repairs and maintenance
  • Carry out regular rent and lease reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of previous property management experience
  • QLD Certificate of Registration
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
