As a retail mortgage broker, you will play a vital role in helping Australians achieve their property dreams. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, you can rely on the expertise of our team to support your success.

About Your Opportunity

We are currently seeking retail mortgage brokers to join our team in multiple stores across the region. In this role, you will be responsible for managing phone, online and walk-in enquiries, assisting leads provided to you, connecting with your community to build your pipeline and referral networks, providing lending advice to customers, and guiding customers through the home loan application process.

What You'll Need To Succeed
  • A Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (or equivalent) is required. We offer support and instruction to help you obtain this qualification if needed.
  • Prior experience in mortgage broking or lending is advantageous, but full training is provided.
  • A background in sales or customer service will help you deliver exceptional results in this role.
  • A strong drive to build a successful mortgage broking business.
  • An ability to provide exceptional customer experiences and a genuine desire to make a real difference in the lives of Australians.
