Experienced Senior Tax Advisor

We are seeking an experienced tax professional to lead our medium-sized, year-round team. With approximately 1,000 tax returns prepared annually, this role offers the opportunity to oversee and optimize office operations.
This position is ideal for someone who excels in a fast-paced environment, possesses strong leadership skills, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to clients and staff alike.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of preparing individual and business tax returns, with demonstrated success in previous roles at H&R Block. Strong understanding of H&R Block's procedures and systems is essential.
Responsibilities:- Oversight of office operations to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
- Leadership, mentorship, and support of a dynamic team to achieve goals and objectives.
- Delivery of exceptional service to clients by assisting with individual and business tax needs.
- Proven experience in tax preparation, specifically individual and business tax returns.
- Demonstrated success in leadership roles at H&R Block, with a focus on motivating and guiding teams.
- Strong understanding of H&R Block's processes and systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
