We're excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced and motivated Experienced Tax Preparer/Office Manager to lead our medium-sized, year-round Mudgee office, which prepares approximately 1,000 tax returns annually.
Responsibilities

Leverage your tax preparation expertise to oversee and optimize office operations.
Lead, mentor, and support a dynamic team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.
Deliver exceptional service by assisting clients with their individual and business tax needs.
Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay ahead in the industry.

What You'll Need

Proven experience in preparing individual and business tax returns.
Demonstrated success in previous roles at H&R Block.
Strong understanding of H&R Block's procedures and systems.
Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
A commitment to delivering outstanding service to both clients and staff.
Excellent problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Availability to attend training sessions and meetings as required.
No current employment with any other tax accountant that could create a conflict of interest.
A smartphone capable of accessing the My ID system.
