Automotive Parts Expert Wanted

We are seeking an expert to provide technical support and maximize sales for trade and retail customers. This role involves using your knowledge of automotive parts and mechanical systems to problem-solve and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone or other communication channels.
  • Use up-to-date product information to problem-solve and maximize sales.
  • Build effective customer relationships and deliver genuine service.
  • Work in a busy phone-based customer service environment.
  • Be safety aware and strive to create a safe work environment.

Requirements

  • Have a strong understanding of automotive parts and mechanical systems.
  • Be a passionate customer service expert with some sales experience.
  • Be comfortable sharing knowledge and communicating in a technical and non-technical manner.
  • Be a natural problem solver who is solutions-focused.
  • Experienced using computers and computer programs.
  • Be a proactive and driven team player who can also work independently.
  • Have a flexible availability and hold a valid driver's licence (manual preferred).
