Are you a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for the automotive industry? Albany City Motors is seeking a Service Advisor to join our dynamic team, representing renowned brands including Nissan, Isuzu, RAM, LDV, Renault and BYD.

About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be the crucial link between our valued customers and the service department. You'll coordinate vehicle servicing and repairs, provide expert advice, and ensure every customer receives an exceptional service experience.

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and assist customers with service enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups

· Prepare accurate quotes and job cards

· Liaise with technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently

· Keep customers informed on progress and additional repair requirements

· Promote service products and future maintenance scheduling

· Maintain up-to-date records in the dealership management system

What We're Looking For

· Previous experience in a Service Advisor or customer-facing role (preferred)

· Strong communication and organisational skills

· Automotive knowledge or technical aptitude

· Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

· A valid WA driver's licence
