Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced retail leader to join our team and drive business growth in the Oceania region. As an Area Retail Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing the performance of VCA boutiques in Melbourne, Auckland, and Perth.

Your primary objective will be to transmit the Maison's retail vision and objectives to boutique management and direct reports. You will support the development and long-term growth of the retail network and business in Oceania, setting ambitious goals for each boutique.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including Retail, Marketing, and Communications, to build brand equity in local cities and provinces, optimize boutique potential, and enhance performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Transmit Maison's retail vision and objectives to boutique management/direct reports
  2. Support the development and long-term growth of the retail network and business in Oceania
  3. Work cross-functionally with Retail/Marketing/Communications to build brand equity in local cities/provinces
  4. Actively seek untapped potential to support boutiques in developing High Jewelry and High-end business
  5. Provide accurate feedback to the Retail Director on market trends, network updates, local competition, and client needs
  6. Uphold Maison's standards on client experience and hospitality
