Job Title: Strategic Markets Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Markets Finance Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for supporting senior members of the Capital Markets team in executing transactions, building relationships, and expanding our debt marketplace.

  • Solid experience in capital markets, private credit, investment banking, or fintech is required.
  • A strong interest in private credit, technology, and early/growth-stage companies is necessary.
  • Analytical mindset with strong financial modeling and presentation skills is essential.
  • Detail orientation with the ability to support multiple projects under tight timelines is required.
  • A team-first mentality with a willingness to learn and take direction, while contributing ideas and solutions is necessary.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 1-3 years of experience in capital markets, private credit, investment banking, or fintech.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
