Job Opportunity

This is a permanent full-time role at a foundation school. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated, energetic and possesses the qualities needed to bring people together, identify opportunities and establish new initiatives to support growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students (including those with special needs) focusing on the development of the whole child.
  • Display a good understanding of case management of students, knowledge of effective intervention, monitoring and reporting strategies, including attendance and data analysis.
  • Provide direction and purpose to staff, build team capacity, capabilities and cohesion and promote positive academic learning experiences for all students.
  • Utilise professional knowledge and skills in the context of a foundation school.
Essential Criteria
  • Demonstrated capacity to provide effective leadership in diverse educational settings.
  • High level of interpersonal and public relations skills that demonstrate the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships to achieve planned outcomes.
  • Demonstrated professional knowledge and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure high levels of educational outcomes for all students.
  • Demonstrated capacity to manage physical and financial resources.
