As a senior learning specialist with our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing environmental learning programs to protect the state's environment and public health.
The role offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in instructional design and blended learning methods to create innovative eLearning experiences.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating learning programs aligned with environmental regulatory goals.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to foster a culture of continual learning throughout the organization.
- Actively contributing to fostering a positive and high-performing team culture by identifying opportunities to improve teamwork practices.
