Risk Management and Governance Specialist

We're looking for an expert who can develop, facilitate and support risk management, assurance and governance initiatives to enhance organisational capability and overall HSE performance. As a trusted advisor, you'll work closely with the HSE team to drive meaningful and measurable improvements in HSE outcomes.

This dynamic position offers the opportunity to engage with key stakeholders, guide impactful initiatives and ensure the highest standards of health and safety are embedded at every level.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of HSE legislative frameworks across all jurisdictions
  • Experience in high-risk industries
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health, Safety or Environment, Engineering or equivalent experience

You'll be working in a collaborative, safe and supportive environment where you'll grow and learn alongside Australia's best and brightest minds.

About the role

The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Developing, facilitating and supporting HSE risk management, assurance and governance initiatives
  • Implementing and maintaining HSE assurance programs, including audits and compliance checks
  • Ensuring accurate HSE data reporting, incident investigation and continuous improvement of processes, practices and overall HSE performance
