**Job Overview**

We are currently seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out mechanical repairs, with a focus on planned and predictive maintenance, as well as continuous improvement.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Ensure safety standards are maintained at all times.

- Deliver mechanical maintenance services, including routine preventative maintenance.

- Participate in the maintenance program, including preventative and corrective maintenance.

- Effectively respond to unplanned maintenance in a timely manner, ensuring minimal downtime.

- Contribute to the development and implementation of plans to drive continuous improvement.

**Requirements**

- Trade Qualification - Trade Certificate in Mechanical Fitting with welding and machining competence.

- Previous experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

- Experience with mobile crushing and screening plants.

- Proven history in mechanical maintenance and repairs.

- Excellent communication ability and strong interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to work with a small team to achieve safety and production targets.
