Job Title: Mechanical Equipment Technician

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Mechanical Equipment Technician.

About the Role

This is a contract role based in Sydney, where you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plant items, vehicles, and mechanical equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely undertake a range of duties to maintain and repair plant items, vehicles, and mechanical equipment.
  • Perform routine and complex labouring/manual tasks, including the use of small plant and powered and non-powered hand tools.
  • Work under limited supervision, either independently or as part of a team.
  • Conduct safety checks on all plant used and complete basic maintenance such as refueling and checking fluids.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Certificate III in Heavy Commercial Vehicle Mechanical Technology or equivalent qualification.
  • A current Construction Industry White Card.
  • An unrestricted NSW motor vehicle driver's license.
