Regulatory and Disputes Legal Expert

You will be joining a leading domestic bank as a senior legal counsel focusing on regulatory and disputes work within a dynamic culture.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced senior legal counsel to provide strategic legal advice on regulatory investigations and risk management, collaborate with internal teams, engage and manage external counsel, liaise with regulatory bodies and stakeholders, and support the head of legal in managing complex legal matters.

About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • A minimum 7 years' post-qualification experience (PQE) with relevant legal qualifications and practising certificate.
  • Experience within a top-tier or highly reputable law firm.
  • Strong commercial litigation and/or regulatory investigations experience.

Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples are encouraged to apply.
