This role is an exciting opportunity to support and administer our Digital Workplace Application, providing Level 2/3 technical assistance and collaborating with our Collaboration team in the management and administration of SharePoint App and other Microsoft 365 tools. Key responsibilities include analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and working closely with our System and Infrastructure teams to deliver a seamless digital workplace solution.

As a member of our diverse internal customer base, you will engage with various teams and stakeholders across the nation. To succeed in this role, you will need strong experience with Microsoft Windows desktop operating system, Microsoft 365 suite, Microsoft Windows Virtual Desktop, Endpoint management solutions, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security (WDATP, AIP), Active Directory, PowerShell, video collaboration tools such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, and other collaboration apps and tools.
