**Key Responsibilities Include:**

  • Providing personal care, including showering, dressing, grooming, and medication assistance
  • Assisting with domestic tasks, such as light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Offering social support and transportation services, including social activities, shopping/groceries, and medical appointments
  • Supporting customers with complex needs and monitoring their well-being
  • Participating in staff meetings and attending training sessions as required

**Essential Requirements:**

- Criminal Record Check

- Proof of Vaccination (COVID-19 vaccination certificate)

- Disability Workers Screening Clearance (NDIS Worker Screening Check or Yellow Card)

- Current First Aid certificate/CPR

- Australian Driver's Licence

- Reliable vehicle with insurance

- Smart phone with internet access

- Minimum Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
