Recreation Planning Role for an Undergraduate

We have a part-time opportunity available for a student enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree, commencing their third year in 2026 specialising in Sport and Recreation, Town Planning, Social Sciences or Community Development.

This role offers valuable work experience and assistance with your university tuition fees. You will work within the Recreation Planning team to develop and implement strategies for recreation and community facility infrastructure such as cemeteries, parks, playgrounds, sporting facilities, aquatic facilities, and more.

About This Opportunity
  • You must be enrolled in and currently studying a Bachelor degree qualification in Sports Recreation, Town Planning, Social Sciences, Community Development or other relevant equivalent tertiary qualification.
  • You must have successful completion of a minimum of two (2) years full-time study, or equivalent, in the above-mentioned degree and satisfactory academic achievement in current undergraduate studies.
  • You must be able to demonstrate well-developed interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
  • You must be able to demonstrate the ability to multi-task and prioritise work within an environment of competing demands.
  • You must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
  • You must hold a current Class C unrestricted drivers licence.
