Job Title: Fraud and Transaction Monitoring Product Manager

The ideal candidate will be responsible for owning the vision, strategy, and execution of fraud and transaction monitoring products.

They will lead a dedicated squad to deliver high-quality solutions across onboarding, login, and ongoing monitoring.

The role requires strong product expertise combined with deep domain knowledge in fraud detection and transaction monitoring.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering the roadmap for fraud and transaction monitoring aligned with the company's broader product vision.
  • Leading the squad to ship high-quality solutions across onboarding, login, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Building and enhancing capabilities in real-time fraud detection, rule engines, monitoring workflows, alerts, case management, and reporting.
  • Ensuring seamless orchestration between onboarding, dynamic risk scoring, and ongoing monitoring.
  • Collaborating with the data team to leverage analytics and intelligence into fraud detection and monitoring workflows.
  • Defining and tracking KPIs for fraud prevention, customer experience, and compliance outcomes.
  • Engaging with customers, regulators, and partners to identify new fraud patterns and evolving threats.

This is a critical role in protecting customers and enterprises against a wide range of fraud types while delivering a seamless end-customer experience.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
