We are seeking an experienced Workforce Coordinator to join our team in a fully remote position. As an After Hours Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of reliable, quality, and compliant customer care and solutions to our aged and disability customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain effective and compliant rosters that suit the needs of our business and clients while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage ad hoc changes to employee or client availability, including leave and changes to work patterns.
  • Engage in excellent communication and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain data integrity and accurate record keeping.
  • Drive change and improvement initiatives within the team.
  • Manage time sheet approvals and ensure employees are rostered in line with the Award and NES.
  • Respond to queries in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • Experience in rostering, scheduling, and working with Support Workers/Customers in Aged Care or Disability services.
  • Awareness of the aged care and disability service provision sector.
  • Exceptional ability to work autonomously and use initiative.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and handle volumes of competing priorities while maintaining discipline, accuracy, discretion, and integrity.
  • Highly developed organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • High level of computer literacy with extensive experience in Microsoft Office and electronic data management systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, particularly in dealing with sensitive information and urgent timeframes.
