The Role

We are seeking a casual Labour Market Analyst/Consultant to assist in conducting labour market research and preparing reports. While a background in employment services or recruitment would be beneficial, structured on-the-job training is provided. The role offers flexibility to work from home with a competitive salary based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold canvass prospective employers to gather information about job requirements, including physical demands, as well as potential earnings.
  • Develop exceptional verbal and written communication skills for report writing on labour market research.
  • Canvass and identify work trial and employment opportunities to share with Employment Consultants.
  • Maintain accurate records and case notes using a laptop and smartphone.
