At Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs, we're seeking a skilled Operations Assistant to join our team at our premium health club in Melbourne.

We offer a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fun environment, where you'll be part of a team that creates a positive member experience every club visit.

As an Operations Assistant, you'll be responsible for maintaining high service standards, ensuring the cleanliness of our facilities, and taking pool chemical tests.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Exceeding member expectations and maintaining high service standards;
  • Maintaining cleanliness of change rooms, steam, sauna areas, and pool surrounds;
  • Ability to take pool chemical tests and monitor auto chemical controllers.

We're looking for someone who is well-presented, has experience in a customer-centric environment, and holds a Senior First Aid/CPR and Resuscitation certificate.

Flexible hours and days are required for this role, and proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview.

Working with Children Clearance is also required to work at Next Gen.
