We are seeking passionate and experienced Group Fitness Instructors to join our team at Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs. As a premium health club operator, we offer an enviable reputation and a brand-new, members-only health and lifestyle club in Melbourne.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering high-quality fitness programs and exceptional member experiences. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in group exercise instruction, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to motivate and engage members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging group fitness classes across various formats, including Aqua, Spin, Yoga, Boxing, Zumba, Barre, Tai Chi, Pilates, and Les Mills programs.
  • Develop and implement innovative fitness programs that meet the needs and interests of our diverse member base.
  • Maintain a safe and supportive class environment, ensuring members receive exceptional service and attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with our team to achieve business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the club.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in the fitness industry, with a strong focus on group exercise instruction.
  • Current registration with Fitness Australia or equivalent certification.
  • Les Mills qualifications and Working With Children clearance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, colleagues, and management.
  • A passion for fitness and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
What We Offer
