Health Club Fitness Instructors Wanted

Next Gen Health & Lifestyle Clubs, a premium health and fitness industry leader, is seeking passionate Group Fitness Instructors to join our team at our brand new members-only club in Doncaster.
We offer a unique opportunity to change people's lives in a premium health club environment. As a Group Fitness Instructor, you will be part of our comprehensive group fitness offering seven days a week from 6:00am to 8:30pm.
We are looking for vibrant instructors who can build our program and deliver high-quality classes that exceed member expectations. Our class offerings include:
- Aqua
- Spin
- Yoga
- Boxing
- Zumba
- Barre
- Tai Chi
- Pilates - Mat and Reformer
- Les Mills BODYPUMP
- Les Mills BODYCOMBAT
To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered as a fitness leader, Les Mills qualified, and hold a Working With Children/Vulnerable People check. Current CPR certification is also essential.
Your duties and responsibilities will include:
- Teaching classes on our 7-day timetable from 6am to 8:30pm
- Exceeding member expectations in our Group Fitness Program
- Participating in regular timetable participation in allocated and fill-in classes
- Instructing safely while providing members with a challenging and fun environment
About You
- A passion for member engagement and high-quality customer service;
- Demonstrated group exercise experience while ensuring safety, growth, and quality;
- Proven ability to develop, propose, and implement ideas;
- Experience with setting and meeting performance targets and motivating members;
- Strong interest and passion about the health & fitness industry;
- Demonstrated ability to design and deliver innovative fitness programs;
Education and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience within the industry;
- First Aid & CPR;
- Recognized health and fitness qualifications to a minimum level of Certificate IV including Registration with Fitness Australia desirable, not essential;
- Working with Children clearance;
We offer flexible hours and days (7 days a week) and competitive remuneration, estimated around $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Please note that proof of right to work in Australia documentation will be required to be presented at the first interview and a Working with Children Check is mandatory for this role.
