Software Engineering Leadership Position

This role is a great opportunity for an experienced software engineer to lead our development team and drive technical excellence.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the full software development life cycle for product delivery teams.
  • Mentor and develop team members' skills and knowledge.
  • Advocate for best software engineering practices across product delivery teams.
  • Ensure timely delivery of features to customers.
  • Provide second-level support for existing and new features.
  • Participate in hiring engineers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in software development using object-oriented languages.
  • Strong understanding of software design and development principles.
  • Experience with systems design, integration, and build processes.
  • Testing and data modeling expertise.
  • Knowledge of database design and stakeholder management.
  • Leadership and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in service-oriented architectures and SOLID engineering principles.
