Senior Payroll Remediation Specialist

Job Summary
">We are seeking a skilled professional to support payroll remediation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance in processes and systems.
This role offers flexibility while contributing to meaningful transformation work on a remote basis.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Finalizing and validating long service leave entitlements.
- Supporting remediation activities, including balance corrections and back payment processing.
- Preparing reports, data, and recommendations for payroll and system managers.
- Contributing to payroll compliance initiatives and supporting Fair Work / Industrial Relations requirements.
- Improving process accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations.
- Delivering successful payroll transformation initiatives within project frameworks (PMO).
- Collaborating across HR and Payroll projects for end-to-end service delivery.
Requirements:
">- Proven experience in payroll projects, ideally in remediation, compliance, or leave management.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, entitlements, and Australian legislation.
- Experience working in project environments, including reporting and documentation.
- Excellent attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work remotely while collaborating effectively with key stakeholders.
