This role involves supporting payroll remediation activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Supporting the finalisation and validation of long service leave entitlements to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
- Assisting with correction of balances and back payment processing to prevent errors and discrepancies.
- Preparing detailed reports, data, and recommendations for payroll and system managers to inform strategic decision-making.
- Contributing to payroll compliance initiatives and supporting Fair Work/Industrial Relations requirements to maintain regulatory standards.
- Developing process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency in payroll operations, leading to cost savings and increased productivity.
- Collaborating across HR and Payroll projects to ensure seamless end-to-end service delivery and meet customer expectations.
- Proven experience in payroll projects, ideally in remediation, compliance, or leave management, demonstrating a track record of success.
- Strong knowledge of payroll systems, entitlements, and Australian legislation, enabling informed decision-making and effective problem-solving.
- Experience working in project environments, including reporting and documentation, showcasing ability to adapt and thrive in fast-paced settings.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders, both remotely and in-person, to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Working on high-impact payroll remediation projects with dedicated teams, driving meaningful transformation and growth.
