About this role

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Care Partner to support our clients in Rockingham and surrounding suburbs. As a part-time (30 hours per fortnight) member of our team, you will provide quality complex care and support to our clients in their own homes.

You will assist with a range of tasks including household cleaning, showering, dressing, food preparation, continence support, medication assistance and transport. You will also develop genuine connections with your clients and help them live their best possible lives.

This permanent part-time role requires availability between Wednesday - Saturday, 9am and 6pm. You must be living within or close to our client services located primarily in Rockingham & surrounding areas.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients in their own homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks such as household cleaning, showering, dressing and food preparation
  • Support clients with continence needs and administer medications as required
  • Transport clients to appointments and activities
Requirements
  • An unrestricted Australian Driver Licence
  • A reliable vehicle with Third Party Property Damage Car Insurance
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience and resilience
  • Proficiency in using smartphone technology, apps and email
