The Bundanoon Club seeks an experienced Club Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional social amenities to the community. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the Club, ensuring seamless delivery of services and activities
- Lead a team of staff and volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture
- Develop and implement strategies to promote the Club's services and attractions
- Monitor and manage finances, including budgeting and reporting
- Cultivate strong relationships with members, stakeholders, and local businesses
The successful applicant will have:
- A strong background in hospitality or club management

- Proven experience in financial management and planning
- A deep understanding of customer service principles and practices
