At a five-star resort on the Gold Coast, we're seeking an experienced Pool Maintenance Technician to join our mobile pool servicing team.
This role involves maintaining lagoons and pools at one of our high-end clients. As a key member of our team, you'll have opportunities to progress into more senior roles such as troubleshooting issues, making equipment recommendations, and working with complex commercial pool systems.
You'll provide exceptional customer service to our clients, conduct water testing using state-of-the-art technology, prepare service reports via a mobile app, and contribute to sales and marketing activities while in the field.
About the RoleWe're looking for someone who is self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to troubleshoot and problem-solve effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering outstanding results.
