Resort Pool Service Technician Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Resort Pool Service Technician to join our team. This is a key role in our mobile servicing team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of customer service while providing exceptional pool maintenance services.

  • Maintain lagoons and pools at a five-star resort;
  • Provide quality customer service to all clients;
  • Perform water testing using leading-edge technology;
  • Prepare service reports via an infield app;
  • Complete sales and marketing activities whilst in the field;
About the Job

This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing technical skills and knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues with commercial pool equipment. The successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail in all aspects of their work.

Responsibilities

The key responsibilities of this role include:
