- Maintain a debtor portfolio and engage professionally with clients.
- Record collection activities and all communications.
- Meet with stakeholders to address outstanding accounts and make recommendations.
- Evaluate cases for escalation, including recommending credit provisions or referrals for legal action.
- Work with Partners to align credit practices with firm standards and policies.
- Process adjustments and reallocations, and resolve client fee queries within agreed timeframes.
- Manage the Accounts Receivable mailbox and deliver prompt responses to clients.
- Assist with ad hoc credit and administrative tasks as required.
We are looking for individuals who can maintain professional relationships with clients, work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate initiative and a proactive approach. A strong background in customer service, negotiation, and dispute resolution is highly regarded.
