Job Overview:Caterpillar Financial is seeking a seasoned credit professional to join our Melbourne-based Financial Products Division.
This key role involves assessing customer creditworthiness, reviewing equipment finance facilities, and approving or rejecting finance applications within predetermined limits.
Main Responsibilities:- Conducting thorough credit assessments to determine customer suitability;
- Providing expert recommendations on transactions that exceed individual authority levels;
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to review and administer wholesale and retail customer lines of credit;
- Maintaining accurate records and producing regular portfolio reports;
- Negotiating complex financial agreements;
- Ensuring seamless compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure;
- Demonstrated expertise in written and verbal communication;
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with the ability to interface with multiple business units and external partners.
