Role Summary:

This position offers a dynamic and rewarding career path, where you will be the first point of contact for customers when they visit our branch.

Your primary responsibility will be to guide customers towards their financial objectives, referring them to specialists as needed and addressing general banking inquiries.

You will work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Your role requires strong numerical skills, proficiency in handling cash, and an ability to complete financial transactions with accuracy.

To succeed in this position, you must possess excellent customer service experience, preferably in a customer-facing role. You should have an energetic personality, coupled with a genuine passion for helping people, and be able to remain calm and composed while managing challenging situations or difficult customers.

A key aspect of this role is effective communication, both verbally and in writing. You will need to clearly explain banking products and services to customers and work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve branch goals and deliver exceptional service.
