You will work closely with our team to provide trauma-informed case management, community connections, and a systemic lens to support individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities- Intake and triage of clients
- Community connections and understanding of services and available supports

- Coordination of other services on-site at the hub
We offer a competitive salary starting at $94,000 plus super, salary packaging up to $15,900, and an entertainment card.
