Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Case Manager to join our team at IPAR. As a Clinical Case Manager, you will play a vital role in managing caseloads, applying clinical knowledge to improve return to work outcomes, and working collaboratively with injured workers, employers, and medical professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage caseloads and provide clinical support to injured workers
- Develop and implement injury prevention and workplace education programs
- Work collaboratively with employers, employees, and medical professionals to achieve return to work outcomes
- Complete assessments using clinical and discipline-specific skills
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, or Social Work
- Full or Provisional Registration with AHPRA, Full ASORC membership, or Full Registration with AASW
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment
