Mental Health Practitioner

The role of a Mental Health Clinical Nurse involves delivering high-quality patient care to individuals in need.
This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making sound judgments and decisions quickly while providing exceptional care and support to patients and their families.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
- Supervise nursing practice and take responsibility for the standard of care delivered.
- Act as a clinical resource, maintaining and developing clinical skills relevant to the area of practice.
- Initiate reviews and coordinate care of consumers with complex health problems.
- Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA).
- Relevant post-registration experience within an acute mental health setting.
- Current Working With Children check and National Police Clearance.
