**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who possesses strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Staff Supervision: Provide guidance, training, and support to warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and work efficiently.
- Inventory and Warehousing: Oversee the receipt, storage, distribution, security, maintenance, sanitation, and administration of the warehouse, maintaining optimal inventory levels and efficient workflow.
- Health & Safety: Promptly report any issues or incidents, consistently upholding health and safety procedures and standards.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of two years in a similar role, preferably with experience in ERP systems and Microsoft Office software.
- Skills: Strong focus on health and safety compliance, chemical handling, and spill response knowledge, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competencies:
- Leadership & Delegation: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and delegate effectively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Time Management & Flexibility: Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing environments.
