Transforming healthcare is a complex challenge that requires dedication and expertise. At the forefront of this effort are process technicians who play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing facilities.

Our team seeks a skilled individual to join our Solutions Manufacturing function as a Process Technician. This key position involves providing technical support to bag filling processes to minimize downtime. The selected candidate will also be responsible for implementing frontline improvement activities using lean/TPM frameworks to continually improve equipment OEE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring daily technical support to bag filling processes to maintain optimal production levels.
  • Implementing and performing frontline improvement activities to enhance equipment efficiency.
  • Leading daily manufacturing process quality improvement efforts to reduce risks.

Performance Metrics:

The successful candidate will be evaluated based on several key performance indicators, including:

  • OEE - rate of improvement.
  • Preventative Maintenance Schedule Compliance.
  • Safety Performance - zero equipment-related recordable injuries.
  • Quality indicators - Conversion Loss % to target.

Requirements:

Desirable qualifications include a vocational qualification in an electrical/mechanical discipline and experience in automation equipment maintenance. Additionally, knowledge of GMP principles and lean manufacturing concepts is highly valued.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent technical skills, with a strong understanding of GMP, lean manufacturing, and TPM concepts. A proven track record of improving operations and maintaining a safe working environment is essential for success in this role.
