Job Title: Customer Service Consultant Full Time

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced customer service representatives to join our team in a full-time capacity. As a customer service representative, you will be communicating with clients over the phone for both inbound and outbound calls.

  • Answer inbound calls from clients wanting to book appointments for their tax return
  • Make friendly outbound calls to remind existing customers it's tax time

Your role will involve building rapport quickly and guiding customers to the right time, place, and person. You will also accurately update client information in our systems and meet performance targets, enjoying the rewards that come with it.

As a member of our team, you will collaborate with your colleagues and support each other during peak times. You will stay compliant with our procedures and privacy standards, ensuring the highest level of service for our clients.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in customer service (call centre experience a plus)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfortable using computer systems and following established processes
  • Confident, calm under pressure, and solutions-focused
  • Motivated to achieve targets, but always with a customer-first mindset
  • Able to work within a rotating roster (scheduled at least two weeks in advance)
  • A positive team player who genuinely enjoys connecting with people
