Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage the execution of implementation projects from inception to delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Utilize exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with senior stakeholders and clients.
  • Provide regular updates on project status and progress through timely and transparent communication.
  • Translate workflow analysis documents into configuration specifications for CR IMS.
  • Guide clients on best practices for implementation and workflow configuration.
  • Implement daily project plan steps in a timely manner.
  • Understand and document client requirements to ensure accurate and effective solutions.
  • Facilitate conference calls and meetings with other consultants and product experts to drive collaboration and knowledge-sharing.
  • Manage training and consulting resource requests to support client needs.
  • Escalate issues promptly and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve them efficiently.
  • Respond to additional product requests from clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Coordinate work with CRD representatives across locations to ensure seamless delivery.

Requirements

  • A proven track record of managing large or multiple smaller projects.
  • Extensive experience in front-office operations, including order management and interactions with fund managers/traders.
  • Proficiency with Charles River Trading System or similar applications.
  • Strong understanding of market instruments, such as fixed income and derivatives.
  • Familiarity with technical aspects, ideally SQL.
  • Experience with full lifecycle implementation.
  • Ability to work effectively with users or clients from both technical and business backgrounds.
  • Third-level qualification, preferably a technical bachelor's degree.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% per year.
  • Flexibility with schedule and ability to work beyond regular hours.
