Shaping the customer journey is a critical role in our organization.

About the Role
  • You'll lead the development of lifecycle campaigns from idea to execution, balancing brand and performance.
  • Your work will span high-volume email campaigns, in-app messaging, and other lifecycle touchpoints, crafted to inspire action and deepen engagement.

As a Creative Lead for Lifecycle, you'll manage a cross-functional team of designers and copywriters, collaborating with marketing, product, data, and engineering partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Owning the creative development of lifecycle campaigns from concept to delivery
  • Delivering bold, personalized campaigns across email, in-app, and beyond
  • Balancing imaginative thinking with data-driven precision to engage new and returning customers
  • Bringing fresh creative approaches while scaling high-volume production

In this role, you'll translate lifecycle marketing goals into clear briefs and standout creative, elevate our brand across lifecycle channels, and partner with stakeholders to shape strategy and drive creative consistency.

What We're Looking For
  • 10+ years in creative leadership roles, with strong experience in lifecycle or CRM marketing
  • Proven success creating effective, high-volume campaigns balancing brand and performance
  • Experience managing and mentoring creative teams
  • Deep understanding of customer journeys, audience segmentation, and personalization
  • Experience across channels including email, in-app, and push
  • A strong portfolio showing excellence in lifecycle storytelling and creative craft
  • Conceptual thinker who can execute at scale
  • Ability to translate strategy and data into smart, creative ideas
  • Empathetic leader who builds team culture and creative confidence
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with both technical and non-technical teams
  • Curious, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments
