Job Title: Child Protection Manager

This role is for a skilled professional to manage and lead the Child Protection team, overseeing effective service delivery and resource management.

The responsibilities include:

  • Risk Assessment and Analysis
    • Gather information through various sources and technologies to identify, articulate, and plan for risks relating to each situation.
    • Apply a strong forensic lens and professional judgment to analyze available evidence.
  • Case Planning Review and Case Management
    • Draw insights from assessment and analysis to formulate a meaningful and effective case plan.
    • Review case progress and outcomes. Coordinate and lead the planning, review, and management of casework within DHHS and across other agencies and services.
  • Critical Enquiry
    • Use evidence-based frameworks to investigate issues and understand the root cause of each issue as well as potential implications.
